I began my business career thinking that having more employees is a sign of success.

I understood that it is actually not.

Having high-quality people around you and in your team is obviously a plus.

But the new forms of leverage can also be more beneficial for your business than your employees can be.

We should start seeing that new forms of content that became popular in the last two decades are our new digital employees.

They are timeless. They are free. They do not complain.

They are also easy to maintain. Not a single form of content requires a convincing speech to work for you.

The only thing is that you should create them.

Each article in your blog, each picture in your social media account and each video that you publish have the capability of serving you.

And they serve you while you are sleeping. They serve you while you are working for another task.

That is why, I started to value the amount of valuable content that a corporation produces more than its headcount. 

I believe our digital servants will be more effective than our employees.

It doesn’t create a danger for employees.

It actually provides a major opportunity for everyone. Each person, based on abilities, can create a company and utilize the content.

The future is not possessed by large multinational companies.

The future will be set by a billion small companies, using content that will work for them 24/7.
