Three pillars of reality
According to my understanding, there are three main pillars of reality. Physics, arithmetic, and philosophy.
All the calculations, all the theories, strategies, approaches and methodologies result from those three pillars.
Reading about them builds a core background for any intellectual, entrepreneur or curious person to ask better questions.
In the end, the questions that we ask shape the quality of our existence. In order to ask better questions, we need to know about and understand physics, arithmetic and philosophy.
Each of those three pillars make each other interact with each other.
Physics enables arithmetics to be developed and philosophy to be challenged.
Arithmetic and logic constitutes the language of nature.
Philosophy builds the gateway for our minds into the depth of nature.
Combining all of them, I want to recommend a book for early readers by Richard Feynman on the introduction level. The name of the book is “Surely You’re Joking Mr. Feynman.”
That book enabled me to understand the mental methodologies of one of the greatest thinkers of the 20th century, and a marvelous teacher who shared a love of researching, studying and understanding through his simplistic approach to speaking and teaching.
If you have read the book, contact me, I would like to share my time with you to discuss the core concepts within the book.
