On time management
You have 24 chips each day.
You generally put 8 of them on “sleep”.
You are left with 16.
You put 1 on hygiene. Hopefully.
You are left with 15.
Please put 1 on reading.
And use the remaining 14 as effectively as possible.
Don’t break the chips.
Avoid using half and quarter chips.
This is the simplest time management advice I can give.
