Create for its own sake
“Building value for my community” has been my approach to the question “Why do you do it?”. Business has been the optimum solution for providing value on a large scale.
But there is also a different factor here.
More than anything else, I love creating. And creating is valuable even if it doesn’t possess a purpose for the community sometimes.
Just like a child trying to build something with legos. There is no purpose other than the simple joy and imagination.
Sometimes, it is better to move with the creative flow, just like a child.
Rationally, setting goals and deciding the steps are important.
Creatively, letting the pure feelings take us where to go is crucial.
So, sometimes, in contrast to the idea of “creating something that is demanded”, it is necessary to create something for its own sake.
The pure joy of creating results in a leveraged value of the creation.
